What to expect

Standard delivery is free for orders we accept to Canadian addresses. We prepare orders in 1–2 business days; transport after dispatch normally takes 4–6 business days, giving an estimated total of 5–8 business days. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange, including a change of mind. No reason is required for a request within this period. We pay the return shipping cost for an approved return or exchange and supply a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return method. No restocking fee applies.
