Return window

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange, including a change of mind. No reason is required for a request within this period.

Starting a request

Email or telephone us before posting a return. Include the order reference, the item and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will confirm instructions and the correct return destination; the business address below is not an instruction to send a parcel there.

Free return arrangements

We pay the return shipping cost for an approved return or exchange and supply a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return method. No restocking fee applies.

Problems with goods

Tell us if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or different from its description. We will arrange a refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy. Photos can help us assess the issue, but will not remove any legal remedy available to you.

Care and special items

Please take reasonable care of items while deciding whether to return them and include supplied parts and accessories where possible. Safety-sensitive, perishable, personalised or sealed hygiene items may need special handling when applicable. Any lawful change-of-mind exception must have been clearly disclosed before purchase; this policy does not create an undisclosed exclusion. Faulty or misdescribed goods and mandatory legal rights remain protected.

Refund destination and timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We process them within 10 business days of approval. The bank or card issuer normally needs a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Consumer protections

These policies do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any inconsistent term.
